Overview
Migadu is a Swiss email service with an almost monk-like focus: IMAP, SMTP, calendar (CalDAV) and contacts — done well, priced flat, no feature bloat. Strengths. Extremely stable; excellent IMAP/SMTP reliability; CalDAV/CardDAV included at no extra cost; transparent pricing with unlimited storage tiers that don’t change year to year. Weaknesses. No E2EE product layer (TLS + optional PGP); web client is minimal — designed to be bypassed in favor of native clients; limited admin/reporting compared to enterprise suites. Pricing. Current entry pricing, free tier and storage are shown in the verified specifications panel above — read from the vendor’s own pricing page, never copied between languages. Verdict v1: the ‘boring is good’ pick — ideal if you want email that simply works via Thunderbird/Raindrop and costs a predictable amount every year.
